Price	Price shown for each plan or stated in the quotation/acceptance email. Tax included unless stated otherwise.
Additional charges	Additional destinations, extended time, and special arrangements may require additional charges agreed before confirmation.
Payment	Deposit via Stripe; remaining balance in cash on the experience date.
Payment timing	Deposit within 24 hours after payment-link email unless otherwise stated; remaining balance on the day.
Contract formation	The form is a booking request only. The booking becomes final after our acceptance and successful deposit payment.
Service timing	On the confirmed date and time.
Cancellation	Guest cancellations after deposit payment are non-refundable. Change requests are accepted until 48 hours before start, subject to availability. If the Operator cancels and no acceptable alternative or new date is agreed, the deposit is refunded in full.

支払時期	特段の案内がない限り、支払いURL送付後24時間以内。残額は体験当日。
契約成立	フォーム送信は予約リクエスト。当社承認とデポジット支払い完了時に確定。
提供時期	確定した予約日時。
キャンセル	支払い後のお客様都合キャンセルはデポジット返金不可。開始48時間前まで変更申請可（空き状況による）。当社中止で代替案・日程変更に合意できない場合は全額返金。
