Terms and Conditions
Terms for booking and joining a Let's Go JDM Tour experience.
Effective date: July 31, 2026 / 2026年7月31日1. Scope and Agreement
These Terms apply to all JDM car tour and scenic driving experiences provided by Let's Go JDM Tour (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”). By submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, or joining an experience, the guest agrees to these Terms, the Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the conditions shown for the selected plan.
2. Booking Request and Confirmation
Submitting the online form is only a booking request and does not guarantee availability. We will review the request and send an acceptance and deposit-payment email if the arrangement can be offered. A booking becomes final only after both our acceptance and successful payment of the required deposit. Unless otherwise stated, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours after the payment link is sent.
3. Prices and Payment
Displayed prices include Japanese consumption tax unless stated otherwise. The deposit is paid online through Stripe. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day. Additional destinations, extended time, or special requests may incur extra charges that will be explained and agreed in advance.
4. Routes and Schedule
The confirmed booking determines the route, vehicle, pickup point, duration, and start time. Traffic, road restrictions, parking-area closures, weather, police instructions, and other circumstances may require reasonable changes.
5. Guest Driving
Guests may not drive any vehicle provided for the experience. This is a passenger ride and sightseeing service.
6. Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking, and Conduct
- Guests under the influence of illegal drugs, or whose alcohol consumption creates a safety concern, may be refused boarding.
- Smoking, electronic cigarettes, heated tobacco, and vapor products are prohibited.
- Food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted if they do not create a safety risk or damage the vehicle.
- We may suspend or end the experience if conduct creates a serious risk of injury, damage, unlawful activity, harassment, or major disruption.
If ended because of guest conduct, the deposit is non-refundable and charges for services already provided may remain payable to the extent permitted by law.
7. Late Arrival and No-Show
If the experience cannot begin for 20 minutes after the scheduled start and we cannot contact the guest, the booking may be treated as a guest cancellation or no-show. The deposit will not be refunded.
8. Daikoku PA, Weather, and Crowd Conditions
We do not guarantee that Daikoku PA or another destination will be open, crowded, or attended by particular vehicles. We may substitute another location or adjust the route. Closure or lack of activity at a specific location alone does not create a right to a refund where the experience can reasonably continue or an alternative is offered.
9. Vehicle Trouble
If the planned vehicle becomes unavailable, we may offer a substitute vehicle, alternative plan, rescheduling, or cancellation. If we cancel and no acceptable alternative or new date is agreed, the deposit will be refunded in full.
10. Belongings
Guests are responsible for personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Photography and Social Media
Ask the driver before photographing or recording the driver, vehicle interior, private information, or other persons. Publication requires any reasonably necessary consent. We will not use clearly identifiable guest images for promotion without permission.
12. Safety and Law
Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions, wear seat belts, and comply with Japanese law. We will not accept requests involving illegal parking, unsafe driving, excessive speed, street racing, or other unlawful or dangerous conduct.
13. Liability
We provide the experience with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by traffic, closures, weather, third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

利用規約（日本語）
第1条 適用
本規約は、Let's Go JDM Tour（以下「当社」）が提供するJDMカーツアーおよびドライブ体験に適用されます。予約リクエストの送信、デポジットの支払い、または体験への参加により、お客様は本規約、キャンセルポリシー、プライバシーポリシーおよび選択したプランの条件に同意したものとします。
第2条 予約リクエストと予約成立
予約フォームの送信は予約リクエストであり、予約確定を保証しません。当社が提供可能と判断した場合、承認およびデポジット支払い案内を送付します。予約は、当社の承認と所定のデポジット支払いの両方が完了した時点で確定します。特段の案内がない限り、支払いURL送付後24時間以内にお支払いください。
第3条 料金・支払い
表示価格は別途明記がない限り消費税込みです。デポジットはStripeでオンライン決済し、残額は体験当日に現金でお支払いいただきます。追加観光地、時間延長、特別な要望には追加費用が発生する場合があり、事前に内容と金額を提示して合意を得ます。
第4条 ルート・予定
ルート、車両、集合・送迎場所、所要時間および開始時刻は確定した予約内容に従います。交通、道路規制、PA閉鎖、天候、警察等の指示その他の事情により合理的な変更を行う場合があります。
第5条 お客様による運転禁止
お客様は当社提供車両を運転できません。本サービスは同乗によるドライブおよび観光体験です。
第6条 飲酒・薬物・喫煙・行動
- 違法薬物の影響下にある方、または飲酒により安全上の懸念がある方は乗車をお断りする場合があります。
- 車内は禁煙です。電子タバコ、加熱式タバコ、水蒸気・ベイプ製品も禁止します。
- 安全を妨げず車両を汚損しない範囲で飲食可能です。
- 重大な危害・損害、違法行為、ハラスメントまたは迷惑行為のおそれがある場合、体験を中断・終了することがあります。
お客様の行為を理由に終了した場合、デポジットは返金されず、法令上認められる範囲で既に提供したサービスの料金をご請求する場合があります。
第7条 遅刻・無断キャンセル
開始時刻から20分を経過しても連絡が取れず体験を開始できない場合、お客様都合のキャンセルまたは無断キャンセルとして扱い、デポジットは返金しません。
第8条 大黒PA・天候・混雑
大黒PA等の開放、混雑または特定車両の集合は保証しません。閉鎖・立入困難・悪天候等の場合、代替場所またはルート変更を提案します。体験を合理的に継続できる場合または代替案を提示した場合、特定場所の閉鎖・閑散のみを理由とする返金は行いません。
第9条 車両故障
予定車両が利用できない場合、代替車両、代替プラン、日程変更または中止を提案します。当社が中止し、代替案または別日に合意できない場合、デポジットを全額返金します。
第10条 手荷物
手荷物はお客様ご自身で管理してください。法令上認められる範囲で、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、紛失、盗難、破損について責任を負いません。
第11条 写真・動画・SNS
運転手、車内、個人情報または他の人物を撮影する場合は運転手へ確認してください。SNS掲載には必要な同意を得てください。当社は許可なく識別可能なお客様画像を広告利用しません。
第12条 安全・法令遵守
運転手の合理的な安全指示に従い、シートベルトを着用し、日本法を遵守してください。違法駐車、危険運転、速度超過、公道レースその他の違法・危険行為には対応しません。
第13条 責任制限
当社は合理的な注意をもって体験を提供します。法令上認められる範囲で、交通、閉鎖、天候、第三者または合理的支配を超える事情による間接損害について責任を負いません。ただし、故意・重過失その他法令上免除できない責任を除きます。
第14条 準拠法・問い合わせ
