- Name, email, nationality, hotel/pickup address
- Requested date, time, plan, destination, party size, and booking details
- Payment status and transaction identifiers from Stripe; we do not normally store full card numbers
- Messages and communication records
- Technical information such as IP address, browser/device data, access logs, and security data where collected by service providers
3. Purposes
- Booking review, confirmation, modification, and management
- Guest contact, pickup, route, delay, safety, and operational communication
- Providing the experience and verifying the guest
- Processing deposits, refunds, and payment records
- Fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal compliance, inquiries, and disputes
4. Service Providers and Overseas Processing
We use Supabase, Resend, Vercel, and Stripe. They may process data outside Japan under their own privacy and security arrangements. We provide only information reasonably necessary for each service.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it to entrusted service providers, where required by law, to protect life, safety, property, or rights, or with consent.
6. Security and Retention

- Stripeから提供される支払い状況・取引識別情報（通常、完全なカード番号は保存しません）

- サービス提供者が取得するIPアドレス、端末・ブラウザ、アクセスログ、セキュリティ情報

- 予約の確認、承認、変更、管理
- 送迎、ルート、遅延、安全、運営に関する連絡

4. 外部サービス・国外処理
Supabase、Resend、Vercel、Stripeを利用します。これらは各社の体制に基づき日本国外でデータを処理する場合があります。当社は各機能に合理的に必要な情報のみ提供します。

個人情報を販売しません。委託先への必要な提供、法令上必要な場合、生命・安全・財産・権利の保護、または本人同意がある場合に限り提供します。
6. 安全管理・保存
合理的な組織的・技術的措置を講じ、運営、会計、法的義務、紛争、セキュリティに必要な期間のみ保存し、その後適切に削除・匿名化します。
